How are they made?

Bead Dangle Design's Pendants are made with stainless steel components, including wire, chain, accent beads, and jump rings. Stainless Steel is an extreme metal that doesn't tarnish or discolor. I also use rhodium, a plating that prevents tarnishing. Remember: never wear your jewelry in the shower. Take care of it, and it will take care of you.

How do I clean my Pendants?

To clean your Pendants, simply wipe them with a soft jewelry cloth. Many clothes are available online. All my Jewelry is made with Stainless Steel and Rhodium, which are tarnish-resistant, but if you want to shine up your Pewter beads, a Jewelry Cloth is perfect.

Where should I store my Pendants?

Can I wear my Pendant in the shower?

I wouldn't wear any Jewelry in the shower, except your wedding ring. Bead Dangle Design jewelry is usually worn over clothing, so if you take your clothes off, take off your jewelry too.

How long have you been in business?

I started my website in 2013. I travel to many states and participate in many Art Festivals. I created my website so customers who purchase my Jewelry can always feel free to buy online if they can't make it to a show.

How long does shipping take?

Usually, when I receive your order, I put it in the mail the same business day unless you order in the evening or on Sunday. Your package should arrive within 2-3 days. Tracking was never offered, but I've changed my service, so Tracking will now be available.

Where do you buy your beads?

I purchase my beads from all over the world using online designers. I am a handmade artist, so I support all my handmade friends. Many of the beads I use to create my Pendants are handcrafted, making them unique. Of course, the Pendant pieces that I hand-bead are one-of-a-kind, but can be remade if the beads are at hand.

Do you make all your Pendants?

YES!! I am a one-woman business. I don't have anyone helping me. You can say I'm OCD when it comes to my business. I hand-pick every single bead and create every Pendant with my own little hands. The pendant you picked is the one I made especially for you.

Can I return my Pendant?

Of course you can. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your Pendant and it doesn't look like you thought or the colors aren't what you thought, feel free to contact me. The Pendant must be returned in the same beautiful condition it arrived in. See return policy.
